A booming business neighborhood calls for open creative and private office spaces. Revamped and revitalized, the new Mercantile building in the Short North Arts District brings 30,000 square feet of coworking space to the table. The new build features a combination of pre-glazed window wall and composite metal panel cap covers creating a beautiful modern industrial design.

The mixed-use development will house art, retail and corporate businesses, adding to the growing and collaborative characteristics of the neighborhood. The first tenant of the Mercantile is Industrious, a New York-based coworking chain offering a mix of open workspace and private offices to accommodate small teams and individuals.
