The Short North in Columbus, OH is transforming rapidly, and we get to be a part of it. Introducing the Moxy Hotel, a boutique hotel experience built on adventure and socialization.

Expected to open in the fall of 2019 , the new hospitality hangout includes 116 hotel rooms, 50,000 square feet of office space, a first floor restaurant and a 6,300 square-foot rooftop bar that will provide locals and visitors alike with a new vantage point of the city. Cleveland-based TownHall is set to occupy the restaurant space on the ground level, and the same owner is in charge of the new rooftop concept.

Beautifully designed by Moody Nolan, developed by Crawford Hoying and generally contracted by Whiting-Turner, we are proud to be a part of this innovative building – and we cannot wait to share a cocktail overlooking the city we call “home.”
