The Starling Street Parking Garages developed by Capitol South Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation and designed by Mode Architects completed in 2022. These two parking garages were built by Dugan and Meyers, and feature a custom batten system by Alumaboard that was installed by Anderson Aluminum. These two parking garages bring 1,400 new spaces to the Franklinton area.
